The Claremont Hotel’s bright rooms all feature a TV and free tea and coffee, with hairdryers and irons provided on request. Each room has a private bathroom, and some have sea views.
Leisure facilities include a sauna, tanning, massages and other beauty therapies. ‘The Base’ is a kids and teens area with flat-screen TVs, video games, a pool table and soft play area.
Using local suppliers for ingredients, the Claremont’s restaurant has lovely views of the sea front. It also holds live cabaret shows, including music and comedy.
A regular tram service runs from opposite the hotel, providing 10-minute links to the Pleasure beach and South Pier. Travel cards can be purchased from reception.
